Renault Retail Group UK - COVID19 Statement 24th March 2020

Following the announcement made by the UK Government, as of Tuesday 24th March 2020, all of our Renault Retail Group Sales Operations will close until Monday 13th April 2020 or until Government lock down is lifted.

If you are waiting to take a delivery of a vehicle, our teams are in a process for making contact with you as soon as possible. All existing test drive bookings for sales will be cancelled and as such we are no longer taking any future bookings until further notice.

As per the Government guidance, our After Sales operation will remain open. However, to safeguard the safety of our staff and customers we will be operating a reduced service, whereby only a limited number of After Sales departments will remain open. We are currently reviewing the situation and we’ll shortly update our website and Social Media channels with further details of our emergency servicing and repairs facilities. Please check our websites and Social Media channels for further updates or contact us directly via customer services.

We know that you will understand and we will all work together during this unprecedented time to fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

In accordance with the latest UK Government guidance, we will continue to manage the risk of COVID-19 across the dealership network. With robust safety measures in place, you can be assured that we are 100% committed to keeping our customers and staff safe in every location.

It is vitally important that you are able to visit our dealerships safely, so we have continued to work responsibly in accordance with Government guidance to adhere to the following safety measures:

  • 2 metre floor markings in all our dealerships to help you keep a safe distance from others
  • All our colleagues will wear a face mask / face covering and we have protective screens at all workstations
  • Hand sanitiser are readily available for all customers and colleagues to use. Upon arrival at the dealership, we kindly request that you sanitise your hands thoroughly
  • All desks, workstations and card payment machines are regularly cleaned and sanitised
  • We respectably request that everyone visiting our premises will be required to wear face masks and coverings to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
