Get Ready for an Electric Extravaganza! Renault to Electrify Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025!

Here at Renault Retail Group, we are bursting with excitement as Renault prepares to deliver an unforgettable spectacle at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025! From Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th July, the sell-out crowds will witness an electrifying sight, with the sensational Renault 5, the all-new Renault 4, and the astonishing Renault 5 Turbo 3E concept cars set to star!

Renault’s focus on electric-powered, retro-futuristic models will be on full display, showcasing innovation alongside a rich heritage.

UK Debuts and Dynamic Runs!

The all-new Renault 4 E-Tech electric will make its UK debut at Goodwood! Orders are now open for R Pass customers, and for a limited period (1st-14th July), finance buyers can enjoy a special offer of three years’ free servicing via Mobilize Financial Services. The R4 E-Tech electric continues the original's go-anywhere practicality with increased ground clearance, a comfortable ride, and design nods like distinctive three-part rear lights and impressive interior space.

The multi-award-winning Renault 5 E-Tech electric will add a vibrant dash of colour to the show, with pop! Yellow and pop! Green cars making dynamic runs up the famous hill course. Priced from £22,995 and available to test drive at all UK retailers, it has been vying for the top spot in private EV registrations since deliveries began in April!

The Power of 3E: Renault 5 Turbo 3E

Get ready to see something truly special! A full-scale design model of the upcoming Renault 5 Turbo 3E will also be seen in the UK for the first time. This mini supercar, priced from £140,000 with deliveries set to begin in 2027, will be powered by two rear-mounted in-wheel motors delivering a phenomenal 555 hp and 4,800 Nm of torque. It's the most powerful road car ever developed by Renault Group, boasting 0-62 mph in less than 3.5 seconds and a 167 mph top speed!

Production of this incredible machine is strictly limited to just 1,980 individually numbered examples – a tribute to the original Renault 5 Turbo's launch year – and reservations are open now!

And for those who loved its previous appearance, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E concept car, nicknamed Drifter, will return to the hill climb course, having wowed onlookers in 2023.

A Nod to Heroic History

In a fantastic tribute to its rich past, a Renault 5 Maxi Turbo from the 1980s will also run up the hill on the opening day. And the Renault Classic team will showcase a trio of historic Formula One cars: the 1978 RS10 (driven by Jean-Pierre Jabouille’s son, Victor), the RE40 (driven by Alain Prost’s son, Nicolas, and Alain Serpaggi), plus Michael Schumacher’s B195 on static display.

Goodwood Festival of Speed promises to be an unmissable event for all car enthusiasts. Make sure to visit the Renault stand and witness this incredible display of past, present, and future automotive excellence!
