Retail Group unveils two brand new facilities at Staples Corner and Hayes

In a historic move from its flagship London West premises at Park Royal, Renault Retail Group has relocated to two brand new facilities at Staples Corner and Hayes.

The Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands are now located at Staples Corner, showcasing their entire range of award-winning new models, including the 100% Electric Renault Zoe E-TECH, the All-New Renault Arkana, the New Dacia Duster and the exciting Alpine A110 range, along with a large selection of used cars available on site.  There are also 10 ramps for high quality servicing, as well as an MOT centre.

The new Renault Hayes Van Centre is dedicated to the sale and servicing of Renault’s extensive Pro+ range of new and used vehicles, including the iconic Renault Trafic and the 100% Electric All-New Renault Zoe Van, which provides ultra-low running costs for every business. 

The Hayes site will also offer a state-of-the-art Trade Parts Centre, facilitating 11 fully-equipped service bays, including MOT facilities.  The latest generation of the best-selling Renault Kangoo van will debut at the Renault Hayes Van Centre this year, offering business customers a cost-effective compact van with the option of an all-electric version.   

The investment in more modern dealerships is part of Renault’s long-term “Renaulution” strategy and Staples Corner is the first Renault Retail Group dealership in the UK to display the latest Renault, Dacia and Alpine visual brand identities, featuring the vibrant reworking of the iconic Renault diamond logo and Dacia’s new emblem.

Both new sites are perfectly located within easy access of motorway links and are outside London’s costly Ultra Low Emission (ULEZ) and Congestion Charge Zones. The highly experienced sales and service teams from Renault Retail Group’s London West premises have moved across to the new locations, so customers can be assured of the even higher level of care and dedication to their sales and service needs.

Ludovic Troyes, Managing Director of Renault Retail Group UK, said: “Renault’s London presence has been a big part of the Park Royal landscape for almost 100 years.  Back in 1926, our London West site housed Renault’s main UK factory, where they built and exported our best-selling vehicles right up until the factory was closed in 1983.

“However, as we move into a more digital age, with a focus on the latest hybrid and electric vehicles, the time was right to relocate to more modern facilities, better designed to meet the requirements of our discerning customers. 

“Although we have wished a very fond farewell to Renault London West, I am excited to welcome a new era for Renault Retail Group in our stunning, state-of-the-art dealerships, that will further enhance our reputation for excellent customer service.  And it’s not finished, as Staples Corner is an intermediate step before moving at the end of 2023 to our final destination in the Brentford area, which is the place to be in West London for any motor retailer.”

At Staples Corner, sales customers are now welcomed in comfort to test drive a selection of electric vehicles (EV’s) as Renault looks forward to the imminent arrival of the All-New Renault Megane E-Tech Electric, which was recently awarded the highest possible Euro NCAP safety rating and voted the runner-up in the Car of the Year 2022 Award.  Already available on site is the All-New Dacia Jogger, the seven-seater family SUV which combines the dimensions of an estate car, the interior space of a leisure activity vehicle and the advantages of a family SUV.     

Service customers continue to experience electric driving first-hand, following Renault Retail Group’s revolutionary decision to replace its courtesy car fleet across the UK with the All-Electric Renault Zoe E-Tech, which provides the ability to travel up to 245 miles on a single charge.
