Secure Your Piece of History: Limited to 1,980 Numbered Examples
For those eager to own this exceptional machine, a dedicated reservation system is now live! Starting today, April 22nd, you can visit the dedicated Renault website in your country to complete the reservation form and secure your place in line for one of only 1,980 numbered examples.
Once you've completed the online form, you'll be contacted by your chosen dealer to arrange an appointment at the showroom. Here, you'll finalise your reservation. This priority reservation ensures you'll be among the first to have the opportunity to purchase the Renault 5 Turbo 3E when it becomes available. As a special touch, customers will even have the option to select their preferred car number (for an additional fee).
Exclusive Introductory Price for Early Adopters
Renault is rewarding early enthusiasm! The first 500 signatories within the Renault network across Europe (including the UK), the Middle East, Japan, and Australia who place a priority order reservation will benefit from a provisional recommended launch price of £135,000 including VAT, excluding options, accessories, and personalisation choices (subject to change when sales officially open).
A Collaborative Journey to a Unique Creation
The journey to owning your Renault 5 Turbo 3E will be a unique one. Following the reservation phase, in early 2026, your selected dealer will contact you to begin the exciting customisation process. You'll be among the first to specify your personalisation choices, creating a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle.
Alongside iconic Renault 5 Turbo and Turbo 2 colours like the vibrant Rouge Grenade and the legendary black, yellow, and white racing livery that conquered the 1982 Tour de Corse rally, you'll have access to a range of new "gentleman driver" options. Imagine meeting with Renault designers to craft your own bespoke exterior and interior livery, selecting colours and materials for everything from the seats and door panels to the dashboard. The possibilities for creating a truly unique Renault 5 Turbo 3E are vast.
Finally, in the first half of 2027, you'll be able to finalise your configuration and officially order your car through your dealer. The first configured and ordered vehicles are scheduled for delivery in 2027 (subject to homologation).

Built on a custom-designed aluminium platform engineered for exhilarating performance, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E boasts spectacular dimensions: 4.08m long, 2.03m wide, and 1.38m tall. This "mini-supercar" combines supercar width with city-car length, delivering an unparalleled driving experience.
Power comes courtesy of two innovative in-wheel motors at the rear, making it a pure rear-wheel-drive machine. Generating the equivalent of a breath-taking 540 hp and a colossal 4,800 Nm of torque, this electric powertrain offers instant responsiveness unlike anything you've experienced.
With its lightweight all-carbon superstructure, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E weighs in at under 1,450 kilos, allowing it to sprint from 0-100 km/h in under 3.5 seconds. Its 70 kWh battery and onboard DC charger, supported by its advanced 800-volt architecture, enable rapid charging from 15 to 80% in just 15 minutes. The standard WLTP range is projected to be over 400 km.
Expertise from Across the Renault Group
The Renault 5 Turbo 3E is a testament to the combined expertise of the entire Renault Group. Developed by Alpine, it will be meticulously assembled at the Jean Rédélé Alpine plant in Dieppe. Ampere contributed its cutting-edge software and electronic architecture, while Mobilize provided services to enhance the EV driving experience, including Mobilize Smart Charge, Mobilize Charge Pass, Plug & Charge functionality, and bi-directional charging (V2L and V2G). This collaboration has resulted in Renault's most powerful road car ever, delivering unprecedented levels of performance.
