The Alpine A390 Arrives at Renault Retail Group This January

Renault Retail Group is delighted to host the Alpine A390 Dealer Tour this January, giving customers a first look at Alpine’s all-new electric sport fastback ahead of UK orders opening in early 2026.

A New Chapter for Alpine Performance​​​

The Alpine A390 is the second model in Alpine’s fully electric Dream Garage, following the award-winning A290. Designed as a five-seat sport fastback, the A390 combines the agility and emotion of a sports car with genuine everyday usability.

Built on Alpine’s all-new optimised electric architecture, the A390 will be available in three versions from launch:

• A390 GT – 400PS with 0–62mph in 4.8 seconds
• A390 GTS – 470PS and up to 824Nm of torque, reaching 0–62mph in just 3.9 seconds
• A390 Premiere Edition – a high-spec, limited edition model restricted to just 390 examples

Designed to Drive Like an Alpine

​Every version of the A390 features Alpine’s innovative Active Torque Vectoring system, made possible by two independent electric motors on the rear axle. This allows torque to be precisely controlled at each wheel, delivering exceptional balance, agility and responsiveness.

In development, Alpine benchmarked the A390 directly against the lighter A110 to ensure the driving experience remains focused on feel and driver engagement, rather than software intervention alone.

Power comes from an advanced 89kWh battery, offering up to 345 miles of range (WLTP, subject to homologation). Rapid DC charging of up to 190kW allows a 15–80% charge in around 25 minutes, while bidirectional AC charging comes as standard across the range.​
