Nissan Zero Emissions Warranty

For every new Nissan bought in the UK you are covered by a pan-European manufacturer warranty. In the event of mechanical or electrical failure an authorised Nissan dealer will repair or replace, free of charge, those parts which are covered by Nissan warranty.

Nissan electric vehicles come with a 3 year / 60,000 miles new vehicle warranty and Lithium-ion battery state of health guarantee (40kWh & 62kWh Battery) for up to 8 years / 100,000 miles.**

**The Nissan LEAF & eNV200 lithium-ion battery state of health guarantee protects against battery capacity loss (less than 9 bars out of 12) as shown on the in vehicle capacity gauge for a period of 8 years / 100,000 miles* for 40 kWh vehicles and 8 years / 100,000 miles* for 30 kWh vehicles and 5 years / 60,000 miles* for 24kWh vehicles. For LEAF flex customers, the battery state of health guarantee applies for the duration of the battery lease.

  • 2 metre floor markings in all our dealerships to help you keep a safe distance from others
  • All our colleagues will wear a face mask / face covering and we have protective screens at all workstations
  • Hand sanitiser are readily available for all customers and colleagues to use. Upon arrival at the dealership, we kindly request that you sanitise your hands thoroughly
  • All desks, workstations and card payment machines are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
  • Whilst customers are not required to wear a face masks inside the showroom, we still encourage them to wear one to protect the safety of our staff and other customers.
