All Renault Approved vehicles will come with a minimum of 12 months warranty to give you complete peace of mind. The warranty will be made up of the balance of manufacturer’s warranty topped up, where necessary, to provide a minimum of 12 months cover.
Prior to collecting your Renault Approved used vehicle, your Renault Dealer will undertake a mechanical and safety check to ensure it is ready for the road. Your Renault Dealer will provide you with a copy of the workshop paperwork.
All Approved vehicles will have their history checked to give you complete confidence that the vehicle you buy has not been recorded as stolen or written off. A certificate is available from your dealer upon request.
If you decide within 30 days of purchasing your Renault Approved vehicle that it doesn’t meet your requirements, for whatever reason, your Renault Dealer will exchange it for a vehicle of equivalent value. Should you wish to exchange for a vehicle of a higher value, simply pay the difference. Your statutory rights are not affected
Your Renault Dealer will provide you with details of the Renault Accident Support Line to provide additional peace of mind should you be unlucky enough to be involved in an accident.
Your Renault Approved used vehicle will be supplied with 12 months Breakdown Assistance as standard. Should you wish to top up your cover for a longer period your Renault dealer will be happy to help.
Regardless of how you chose to finance your purchase, your Renault Dealer will be able to discuss service plans to suit your individual needs.
Your Renault Dealer will be happy to discuss accessories to protect and personalise your Approved purchase.

During the lockdown our After Sales operation will remain open for essential service and MOT work. Any existing maintenance or MOT bookings will still continue as the planned. It is vitally important that you are able to visit our dealerships safely, so we have worked responsibly in accordance with Government guidelines on COVID-19 to implement the following safety measures:

  • We have carried out Covid-19 Risk Assessments issued by the Government. Click here to view
  • We have placed convenient floor markings in all our dealerships to help you keep a safe distance of 2 metres.
  • We have also introduced a limit to the number of people inside our dealerships
  • All of our colleagues will wear a face masks, and we have installed protective screens at all workstations.
  • We have made hand sanitiser readily available for all customers and colleagues to use. Upon arrival at the dealership we kindly ask you to sanitise your hands thoroughly.
  • All desks, workstations and card payment machines are cleaned & sanitised regularly.
  • Car sanitation

With these safety measures in place you can be assured that we are committed to keep both our customers and staff safe.
